She concentrates on sell-side mergers and acquisitions and recapitalizations for middle market companies. She is primarily responsible for performing industry research and writing offering memoranda and presentations for use in marketing her clients to potential investors. She also provides support on buy-side due diligence for clients seeking guidance with mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Association of Corporate Growth. Laura is a graduate of Smith College with a bachelor’s in English and Government and of the University Of Virginia School Of Law.
