Previously, Mike was Vice President at a publicly held investment fund, where he had a lead role in a successful tender offer to take the fund private prior to his departure. During the course of his 25 year career, Mike has managed investments, raised capital for portfolio companies, and assisted with the sale and disposition of investments. He lead investment syndicates to raise capital for portfolio companies and helped position them for later sale. Mike has also served on a number of companies' Boards of Directors, and worked with investment bankers in conjunction with IPOs, and the sale of significant middle market companies. Mike is a registered Series 7-General Securities Representative with Cohen Capital, Ltd. and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a current Director and past President of the Cleveland Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Mike received his Bachelors of Science from The Ohio State University.
