His experience as a practicing CPA gives him great insight when performing industry research and company analysis. He prepares most of the outbound financial projections for companies being evaluated for sale and assists in the marketing of companies to potential investors. Matt’s seven year career includes time spent at Cohen & Company working directly with clients on auditing and business consulting issues. Matt is a registered Series 7-General Securities Representative with Cohen Capital, Ltd. He is a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA) the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the Ohio Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and a founding board member of the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club. He is a graduate of John Carroll University.
