He spends the majority of his time meeting with clients, preparing information memorandums, and marketing companies to potential investors. He has also consulted with clients on venture capital raises. Martin’s experience includes a wide range of investment banking, private equity, and consulting engagements over the course of his nine year career. Prior to joining the firm, Martin worked at a national accounting practice working with hedge funds and broker-dealers. He also analyzed distressed debt and structured finance investments at a leading New Jersey institutional investment management firm. Martin has experience in many industries with concentrations in real estate and financial services. Martin is a registered Series 7-General Securities Representative with Cohen Capital, Ltd. He is a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA). Martin received his degree in Accounting and Management from Penn State University, and has an MBA from St. John’s University. His memberships include the Association for Corporate Growth, the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors, and the Erie Ambassadors.
